11th Annual Juneteenth ICT Celebration

Celebrate Juneteenth with Community. A local tradition rooted In History, Unity, Culture, Joy, and more!

Armbands will be for sale at the festival and various Juneteenth ICT events.

 

General admission $10 adult age 18 +Kids enter free.

 

Only approved vendors are permitted to sell items on the festival grounds. 

Bring your lawn chairs. Please do not bring coolers, pets (in accordance with Wichita City Ordinance Sec. 6.04.055), outside food and drink inside the festival area. 

Juneteenth ICT will feature the Sounds & Sips Beer Garden, exclusively for guests 21 and older.

Books & Breakfast ICT presents a Juneteenth Community Breakfast. We will give away 40 books and Juneteenth themed family literacy kits. Bring your family out to enjoy community together. Free food and family fun for all.

2026 Miss Juneteenth ICT Scholarship Pageant

 

Time: 3:00pm - 6:00pm

More than a pageant—this is a platform for young women to be seen, celebrated, and supported.

 

2026 Miss Juneteenth ICT Scholarship Pageant highlights 8 dynamic young ladies who are using their voices, talents, and leadership to inspire the next generation. Each contestant is pursuing opportunities that will help further their education, personal growth, and impact within the community.

Juneteenth ICT Senior Appreciation Program​

Juneteenth ICT presents Brunch Bingo & Boogie. This event is free of charge and will honor the elders in our community.

2026 Juneteenth ICT Film Festival

Join us at Historic Dunbar Theatre for a groundbreaking film festival you won't want to miss.

 

Experience a showcase film competition: honoring the pioneers of the film industry and celebrating our local trailblazers in film.

Time: 10am parade start 

​Bring the family out and line up along 13th street to enjoy the historic Juneteenth ICT Parade. A free family fun event for all!

Starts at Holy Savior Academy near 13th & Hillside and flows down to Historic McAdams Park

Juneteenth ICT Celebration in the Park

Time: Gate opens at 11am, 11:30a-9:30p

Bring the family out to enjoy music, local vendors, food trucks, free swim days, and more at the Historic McAdams Park.

Take a musical journey from old to new school hip hop with artists, Essex and No Sound.

 

Enjoy an R&B experience with Kim Keyz.

Gospel Concert

Time: 6:00p - 8:00p

Gospel Concert Finale featuring headliner Maurette Brown Clark, plus local church choirs bringing that full sound and spirit.

 

Bring your lawn chair, bring your people, and come ready for an evening of worship, music, and community love.

Juneteenth ICT Father's Day Appreciation Program

 

(Private Event, invitation only)

This year for Father’s Day we celebrate 5 deserving men from our community.

The 2026 Juneteenth ICT Father's Day Honorees are: Bernard Gray, Deshawn Wheaton Sr, Jeremy Reese, Deandre Rogers Sr, and Pastor Billy Hubbard Sr.
